So many previous commercial sites being converted into residential flats or condo’s – and so many new developments springing up all ove the show… lots of guys taking the estate agent’s exams tho – even while I was in the bank, many colleagues took the course as a back up (ie when I was doing home loans) – go well and land some more – Regards, Stafford
